Tuesday, Oct 26, 2021
• Official welcome by the principal at 9 o’clock
• 9:20 - 10:50 guided tour of the school by Erasmus students
• 11:00 - 12.30 workshop/ organizing first European week
• 13.00 lunch at school
• 14:00 - 16:00 trip to Ankershagen to visit the Heinrich-Schliemann-Museum
• 17:00 - 18:00 going back via Neubrandenburg (district town), free time
• 19:00 - 21:00 dinner at a restaurant in Neubrandenburg / meeting with teachers willing to participate in the European week in Altentreptow
Wednesday, Oct 27, 2021
• 9:00 – 11:00 workshop at school/working on our project
• 11:00 walk to the Great Stone in Altentreptow for a picture for our eTwinning website
• 12:00 short meeting with the mayor of Altentreptow incl. visit of town hall
• 12:30 lunch in town centre (at Rustico)
• 14:00-15:00 workshop for students and teachers on useful tools and projects on eTwinning by Zoe Gallou
• 15:30-16:30 break: tea time at the most popular café in Altentreptow
• 17:00 -18:00 leisure time
• 18:30 - working dinner at the hotel / working on our project
Thursday, Oct 28, 2021
• 8:30 breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00 pick up time for train to Berlin
• 12:30 arrival at the hotel (Motel One at Hauptbahnhof)
• 13:00 – 15:00 lunch - workshop in conference room
• 16:00 – 20:00 leisure time in Berlin incl. a scavenger hunt as an example of a walking rally for European students to explore a city (5 km in 3 hours in English, tablet PC / iPad necessary)
Friday, Oct 29, 2021
• 9:00 breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00 - 12:00 workshop in the conference room
• 12:00- 13:00 farewell lunch
• Individual time in Berlin till departure by plane (Spanish and Greek delegations) or coach (Polish delegation)
